With less than a month to go until the September 9th release of When the Bough Breaks (Facebook page here), Sony has debuted an almost dialogue-free trailer for the psychological thriller that you can watch right here.
When the Bough Breaks stars Morris Chestnut and Regina Hall as a married couple who hire a woman (Jaz Sinclair) to be a surrogate parent, only for her to develop a deadly obsession with the soon to be father. Jon Cassar directs.
Synopsis
John and Laura Taylor (Morris Chestnut and Regina Hall) are a young, professional couple who desperately want a baby. After exhausting all other options, they finally hire Anna (Jaz Sinclair), the perfect woman to be their surrogate – but as she gets further along in her pregnancy, so too does her psychotic and dangerous fixation on the husband. The couple become caught up in Anna’s deadly game and must fight to regain control of their future before it’s too late.
