It’s Kill or Be Killed in Final Trailer for Ridley Scott’s ‘The Dog Stars’
With Ridley Scott‘s (Alien) post-apocalyptic drama, The Dog Stars, now a little over a month away, 20th Century Studios has dropped a new trailer emphasizing the kill-or-be-killed nature of a post-apocalyptic world.
Based on the novel by Peter Heller, the film takes place in a post-apocalyptic world after a virus wipes out humanity. Survivors face roaming scavengers called Reapers. Protagonist Hig, a pilot, survived the flu but lost his wife.
Jacob Elordi (Frankenstein), Margaret Qualley (The Substance), and Josh Brolin (Planet Terror) star.
Mark L. Smith (Overlord) wrote the script.
The Dog Stars arrives in theaters on August 28th via 20th Century Studios.
