Vivica A. Fox Leads Fresh Reimagining of Zombie Classic 'Night of the Living Dead' in First Trailer

ITN Distribution is now behind the long-gestured fresh reimagining of George A. Romero’s 1968 zombie classic Night of the Living Dead, which stars Vivica A. Fox (Kill Bill) and is directed this time by Christopher Ray. The new take revisits the foundational horror story that helped define the modern zombie genre, promising a contemporary lens on the relentless terror of the undead.

The first trailer teases a familiar yet intensified descent into chaos, as strangers are forced together while the dead rise and civilization begins to collapse around them.

Vivica A. Fox (Kill Bill) is joined in the cast by:

Brittany Underwood (One Life to Live)
Richard Gabai (Virgin High)
Miko Hughes (Pet Sematary)
Zack Ward (Freddy vs. Jason)
Rob Van Dam (3-Headed Shark Attack)
Adam Huss (Power)
Jared Cohn (A Stalker in the House)
Dee Wallace (The Howling)
Eva Ceja (Aquarium of the Dead)
Scotch Hopkins (Alma and the Wolf)
Jon Mack (Blunt Force Trauma)
Jessica Moore (Inner Demons)
Maria Paris (Gunfight at Rio Bravo)
Josh Stone (Attack of the Killer Tomatoes: Organic Intelligence)
Brandon Lee Ward (Christmas in the Friendly Skies)
Jeff Wills (Midnight Monster)
Raphael Gabai
Robert Carradine (Revenge of the Nerds)

Here’s the trailer that looks like a cobbled-together mess, but does have a few nice hero zombies.
