Florida Security Cam Captures Weird Dinosaur-Like Creature [Video]

A Florida resident (go figure) reported to Fox 35 Orlando that her home security camera picked up a strange nocturnal visitor at 3:40 am – a creature which she described as looking like “a raptor or other small dinosaur.”
Now we know what you’re thinking… this is Florida, and gators (which are close enough to dinosaurs) are pretty much roaming around everywhere, right? But this is clearly no alligator. What isn’t so clear is what the hell the thing actually is.
Here’s what the camera recorded:
Naturally, social media users have been piling on ever since the video was shared, and the theories have ranged from sensible (a runaway dog trailing its leash) to… well, more imaginative (an extraterrestrial scouting the grounds after a recent UFO sighting), and everything in between. But as of this writing, the identity of the creature remains a mystery.
“Maybe I’ve watched Jurassic Park too many times,” said Cristina Ryan, who shared the clip with Fox 35, “[but] any animal we can come up with that would be ‘walking’ at 3.40 in the morning wouldn’t walk this way.”
