Director William Eubank’s super-stylish sci-fi thriller The Signal (review) is currently working its mind-bending charm on UK DVD, and in case you haven’t gotten your mitts on it yet, we’ve nabbed a new clip that gives a glimpse at the mysteries awaiting within. Enjoy!
Eubank directs The Signal from a script he wrote with Carlyle Eubank and David Frigerio. Olivia Cooke (“Bates Motel”) and Laurence Fishburne (“Hannibal”) star in the flick about group of college students who are lured to the middle of the desert by a hacker. Brenton Thwaites and Beau Knapp co-star.
Synopsis:
When a trio of computer geniuses are lured to the desert, they believe it to be a hacker’s prank, but things turn serious when they’re kidnapped and taken to a mysterious facility.
Who has taken them? Is it the government? A terrorist organisation? An agency not of this world? They will do whatever it takes to find out…
