Brazilian Psychological Thriller Takes You to the Burn Site
Brazilian director Fernando Coimbra made his feature debut back in 2013 with Wolf at the Door, which centered on a ripped-from-the-headlines story of child abduction. Up next he heads into revenge territory with Burn Site, and we’ve got all the details for ya today.
Screen Daily reports that LA-based The Solution Entertainment Group has optioned film rights to Coimbra’s (pictured below) next directorial effort, for which they control the screenplay. They will produce, finance, and sell the project once the cast comes together.
Burn Site is a psychological thriller about a reformed convict who takes matters into his own hands when his stepdaughter is murdered.
The Solution co-founder Myles Nestel will produce Burn Site alongside Mark Sourian and Chris Pollack.
