Hathaway, Bonham Carter Join Wonderland

Ah ha! Finally it has happened — the inevitable casting of Burton regular Helena Bonham Carter in his latest film, “>Alice in Wonderland. I knew I should’ve gone to Vegas to get a bet on the timing of this announcement; I could be a very rich man right now.
THR reports that Bonham Carter has joined Burton’s vision of Lewis Carroll’s classic story as The Red Queen, the evil monarch who has a penchant for the offing of people’s heads. The undeniably cute Anne Hathaway is signed on to play The White Queen, banished by her evil Red sister, who needs Alice to slay the Bandersnatch in order for some sort of balance to come back to Wonderland.
This marks the magical sixth time Helena has starred in a Burton film, leading one to question whether if he stopped making movies tomorrow, would she’d still get work. Alice in Wonderland will be rolling very soon!
