Gregory’s Plague Town Premiere Set

The fiends over at Fangoria just posted a huge list of upcoming films and events going down at the Two Boots Pioneer Theater in NYC, this in addition to all the good stuff we told you about “>here, and one of the films making its East Coast debut is David Gregory’s “>Plague Town.
You may not recall much about Plague Town since we’ve not mentioned it in a long while, but this is the debut film for both Dark Sky Films and Gregory, who got his start making supplemental features for Dark Sky. The story follows a family hoping to get in touch with their Irish roots, who stumble upon a village in their native land full of deformed, homicidal children and the parents who love them.
Two Boots will host the NYC premiere of Plague Town on Friday, October 10th, at 10PM, which really sucks because I’m sure I’ll be more than half in the bag at Rock and Shock by then. Damnit. For those on the other coast, Plague Town will have its West Coast premiere this Friday, October 3rd at the Dead Channels Film Festival, where it will be preceeded by Mark Steensland’s excellent short film, “Peekers”.
