If you were one of the folks who saw The Woman in Black 2 Angel of Death in theatres this past weekend, then you probably also caught the pretty damned creepy trailer for The Lazarus Effect. If not, sit tight; it hasn’t been released online yet, but that will change soon. In the interim dig on this first look still from Entertainment Weekly.
David Gelb directed the script by Luke Dawson (Shutter) and Jeremy Slater (the new The Fantastic Four).
Olivia Wilde stars alongside Mark Duplass, Evan Peters, and Donald Glover in the feature about a group of medical students who discover a way to bring dead patients back to life.
From what we saw in the trailer, think Re-Animator meets Flatliners.
