Irrfan Khan Talks Jurassic World

One of the stars of the upcoming Jurassic World, Irrfan Khan, recently opened up about his role in the highly anticipated flick, and we’ve got the skinny for you here.
“I’m playing the park owner, a very flamboyant person,” Khan tells THR in a recent interview. “When the first Jurassic Park came out, I barely had the money to see it, and now I’m playing a part. He’s trying to entertain the world with good intentions, but sometimes being flamboyant doesn’t mean having much wisdom.”
When asked about this film in comparison to the original, Khan said, “It’s the Jurassic World of these times with all the technical experimentation. It has now become a fully-bloomed dinosaur amusement park. Dinosaurs in this film will definitely be scary, but this is not a horror film so it will be like a scary adventure.”

Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Ty Simpkins, Nick Robinson, Irrfan Khan, Vincent D’Onofrio, Jake Johnson, Omar Sy, BD Wong, and Judy Greer star in the film, which will be released in 3D by Universal Pictures.
Colin Trevorrow (Safety Not Guaranteed) penned the script with Derek Connolly and directs. Steven Spielberg and Thomas Tull executive produce, and Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley produce Jurassic World. In theaters June 12, 2015, this is a new sci-fi terror adventure set 22 years after the horrific events of the original Jurassic Park.
