HR may be intended to help you at work when you need them, but they can’t save you when horror pic Corporate Retreat lands on digital this July.
Aaron Fisher (Inside the Rain) directs the horror-dark comedy, which follows an ensemble of ambitious young executives whose luxury team-building getaway descends into a bloody fight for survival. Things get interesting when the head executive, played by the great Alan Ruck, turns these trust falls into a psychotic game.
Also starring Odeya Rush, Ashton Sanders, Rosanna Arquette, Sasha Lane, Zion Moreno, Tyler Alvarez, and Benjamin Norris, the film blends the dread of gory survival horror with dark laughs and shocking twists.
Gary J. Tunnicliffe (Scream 4, Halloween: Resurrection, Hellraiser sequels) handled the film’s special makeup effects.
