‘You’re Dead to Me’ Trailer Teams Denise Richards with Gen-Z Stars Up Against a Killer

We just got a look at the trailer for the slasher film, You’re Dead to Me, pitting Gen-Z against a sadistic killer, and it immediately has my attention thanks to some of the talent involved.
In the film, three high school seniors skip prom for a secluded weekend party free from parents, school, and responsibility, but their escape turns terrifying when they learn one of their classmates has been brutally murdered.
Denise Richards (Valentine) stars alongside Siena Agudong (Sidelined: The QB), Jessica Belkin (the upcoming prequel series Elle), Ella Anderson (Song Sung Blue), and Conor Husting (“Boo, Bitch”).
Juan Pablo Arias Munoz directed the film from a script by Sarah Howard and Terry Castle (yes, that Terry Castle, the daughter of legendary producer William Castle, the mind behind films like 13 Ghosts and House on Haunted Hill).
While I can’t honestly say the trailer looks like much to me at the moment, I’m incredibly intrigued by the casting of Richards. The actress was huge in the 90s, appearing in films like Starship Troopers, Wild Things, Bond movie, The World is Not Enough, and the highly underrated slasher, Valentine. Even if she’s just in a bit role, it’ll be nice to see her in another slasher movie.
You’re Dead to Me (just kidding) when the film arrives on Digital and On Demand on July 7, 2026.
