‘They Know’ – Lilou Lang & Lorelei Olivia Mote join Bill Hader Horror Film
Bill Hader‘s directorial debut They Know continues to fill out the cast, as Deadline reports that Lilou Lang and Lorelei Olivia Mote have joined the horror project.
The film centers on a divorced dad (Hader) who grows suspicious that his ex-wife (Linda Cardellini) is secretly dating a mysterious man who is having a strange influence on their children.
Lang and Mote will play the daughters of Hader and Cardellini.
Hader will write and direct, based on an original story he created with his “Barry” collaborator Duffy Boudreau.
MRC is financing the project. Bob Graf and Hader are set to produce under the latter’s Hanarply banner, with Alyssa Donovan co-producing.
Hader cemented himself in the hearts of horror fans with his performance as Richie Tozier in IT: Chapter Two. Cardellini, meanwhile, is also set to play Pamela Voorhees in Peacock’s upcoming Crystal Lake series, a prequel to Friday the 13th.
The film recently began production in Los Angeles.
