Steve Zahn Boards Deep Space Thriller ‘Sentinel’
Steve Zahn (Anaconda) has boarded the deep space thriller, Sentinel, reports Deadline this morning.
The sci-fi heart-pounder follows “an engineer trapped in a drifting escape pod who must uncover who is sabotaging his chances of survival before his oxygen runs out.”
Rick Gomez (She Dances) will direct.
The film marks the inaugural project from InTension Industries, a genre-focused production company launched by Brigham Taylor, Ian Puente, Dave Hunter and Tom Goodall.
Said Taylor, “After years shaping films that resonate with audiences, I’m thrilled to step into this next chapter with such an experienced and well-balanced team. Our goal is to champion projects that push boundaries while still delivering the kind of thrilling cinematic experience audiences want to see on the big screen.”
Production is slated to begin later this year, intended for a 2027 release.
