‘The Thing Expanded’ Trailer – Kurt Russell Joins Ultimate Documentary on Carpenter’s Sci-fi Horror Classic!
The ultimate The Thing documentary that fans have been waiting for is on its way from CREATORVC, the team behind Aliens Expanded and In Search of Darkness. Dubbed The Thing Expanded, a new trailer has been released by the film’s X account. And if you think that’s good news, it has also been announced that star Kurt Russell will appear in an all-new interview!
Directed by Ian Nathan (Aliens Expanded), the documentary will feature “five hours of new insights, stories, and revelations into John Carpenter‘s Classic”.
Russell joins the rest of the surviving cast members that includes Keith David, Thomas G. Waites, David Clennon, Joel Polis, Richard Masur and Peter Maloney.
Alongside the cast, interviews will also feature director John Carpenter, Dean Cundey (Director of Photography), Stuart Cohen (Co-producer), Todd C. Ramsay (Editor), and Larry Franco (Producer and 1st Assistant Director).
In addition, filmmakers such as Guillermo del Toro (Hellboy), Frank Darabont (The Mist) and more will share their thoughts on one of the greatest sci-fi horror films of all time.
