‘Twisted’ – See ‘Terrifier’ Star Lauren Lavera in Trailer For First Studio Movie!
Republic Pictures (Paramount) has shared the official theatrical trailer for Darren Lynn Bousman‘s (Saw II-IV, Spiral) latest horror entry, Twisted, which features the studio debut of Terrifier franchise star Lauren Lavera!
In the film, two millennials make quick money by leasing incredible New York City apartments they don’t own to people who don’t know they are being scammed. The con works brilliantly until they run into an apartment owner with a dark secret who flips the game on them.
Djimon Hounsou (A Quiet Place: Day One) also stars alongside Mia Healey (“The Wilds”), Gina Philips (Jeepers Creepers), Jacob Lukas Anderson (AKA rapper Prof), Alicia Witt (Longlegs), and Neal McDonough (Minority Report) also star.
The film will be released next month, on February 6, in theaters everywhere.
“Can I just profess my love, admiration and AWE of [Lauren Lavera]?!” Bousman previously wrote on socials of Lavera.
Unsane writers Jonathan Bernstein and James Greer penned the script.
Twisted is rated R for “strong/bloody violent content, gore, sexual assault, suicide, language, and some sexual material.”
