‘Don’t Log Off’ Trailer: Ariel Winter Stars In New Screen Life Horror Film

If you like a level of intrigue in your horror cinema, you’ll want to make haste to check out the newly released trailer for the upcoming DREAD title Don’t Log Off. The film is comprised of a mixture of cinematic camerawork and screen life filmmaking techniques. That’s a combination we don’t often see. Most films are either one or the other. However, it might just be enticing to see the two seemingly opposed styles merged. If you’re intrigued, you won’t have to wait long to experience the film for yourself. Don’t Log Off will bow in select theaters July 11. The picture will land on VOD shortly thereafter on July 15.
Judging by the trailer, Don’t Log Off has certain surface similarities to the celebrated pandemic horror picture Host. However, from what we can tell from the trailer, it looks like Don’t Log Off might feature a more human antagonist than Host, which you likely remember depicts a supernatural adversary.
The official synopsis for Don’t Log Off reads as follows:
When Sam vanishes mid-video call, her friends race to uncover what happened. As they dig online, they vanish one by one. A sinister force is at play—can they solve the mystery before they’re next?
