‘Fear Street: Prom Queen’ Trailer: Welcome Back To Shadyside!
Get ready to travel back to Shadyside in the latest installment in Netflix’s Fear Street series! This time, director Matt Palmer and co-writer Donald Mcleary are tackling R.L. Stine’s iconic Prom Queen. And if the new trailer is any indicator, they’re ready to spill blood, and plenty of it.

In this next installment of the blood-soaked Fear Street franchise, prom season at Shadyside High is underway, and the school’s wolfpack of It Girls is busy with its usual sweet and vicious campaigns for the crown. But when a gutsy outsider puts herself in the running, and the other girls start mysteriously disappearing, the class of ’88 is suddenly in for one hell of a prom night.

Leigh Janiak directed the original Fear Street trilogy, which made a massive splash in July 2021 when Netflix made it a month-long event. The films were released on a weekly basis and came together to craft a massive mystery about the cursed town. But will Fear Street: Prom Queen connect to the previous three films beyond a shared setting? We’ll have to watch to find out.
India Fowler, Suzanna Son, Fina Strazza, Chris Klein, David Iacono, Ella Rubin, and Ariana Greenblatt star in the film with Lili Taylor and Katherine Waterston.
