New Promo Teaser Hints at What Happens Next in Helix Season 2

The explosive “Helix” Season 1 finale that aired last night left many unanswered questions. Fortunately, if you’re curious about the answers to said questions, you already know Season 2 is on its way in 2015. Here’s a quick teaser to further whet your appetite for what happens next.
“Helix” is executive produced by Ronald D. Moore (“Battlestar Galactica,” “Outlander”); Steven Maeda (“Lost,” “The X-Files”), who is also showrunner; and Lynda Obst (Contact). The series is produced by Tall Ship Productions, Kaji Productions, and Lynda Obst Productions in association with Sony Pictures Television.
“Helix,” was created by co-executive producer Cameron Porsandeh and features Billy Campbell (Killing Lincoln, “The Killing”), Hiroyuki Sanada (The Wolverine, 47 Ronin), Kyra Zagorsky (“Supernatural”), and Mark Ghanimé (“Emily Owens, M.D.”) as well as guest stars Jordan Hayes (House at the End of the Street), Meegwun Fairbrother, and Neil Napier (Riddick).
As of the end of the Season 1 finale Episode 1.13, “Dans l’Ombre,” Jules (Zagorsky) is missing, the Arctic Biosystems base has been burned to the ground, and the Narvik virus is now spreading worldwide…
The 13-episode second season will commence production later this year with an eye towards a winter 2015 premiere.
