Buffalo 8 To Release New Supernatural Horror ‘Alone Together’ This October [Exclusive]
Buffalo 8 has acquired the worldwide rights to the thriller Alone Together out of the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). Directed by Will Kresch, the film is a suspense-filled journey blending horror, supernatural elements, and psychological thrills that delve deep into the human psyche. The film is set to hit digital platforms this October.

Set against the backdrop of a global pandemic, Alone Together follows Nassdja, portrayed by DeAnna S. Wright, a woman trapped in a toxic relationship with her brutish boyfriend Luke, played by Matt Kresch. The couple seeks refuge in Luke’s remote family cabin, hoping to salvage their crumbling relationship. But what begins as a desperate escape quickly spirals into a harrowing ordeal as the couple faces not just the demons of their past but a menacing supernatural entity. With unnerving psychedelic visions and the fallout from generational trauma building, Nassdja is forced to confront a perilous choice: flee or fight to the bloody end.
Kresch wrote the film with A.V. Bach. Alone Together was produced by Eric Reitz under the Dreamjager banner, with Buffalo 8’s Matthew Helderman and Luke Taylor serving as executive producers. The deal was negotiated by Nikki Stier Justice, Head of Buffalo 8 Distribution.
Alone Together comes to digital and VOD on October 11, 2024.
