As we all wait patiently for some form of concrete news to come out regarding the Beetlejuice sequel, if you have the scratch to pony up, you can land yourself the house used in the original film. Well… if it were actually for sale. Oh, the karaoke party possibilities.

Seth Grahame-Smith is writing the sequel, and it’s virtually guaranteed that Michael Keaton will return as the title character, a ghoul hired in the original by a recently deceased couple to drive the new owners out of their house. The sequel is to be a true continuation 26 years later.
