The #4 Film On Rotten Tomatoes Worst Horror Movies of All Time List Is Now Streaming
Rotten Tomatoes is a phenomenal resource for vetting films before making a substantial time investment. It’s also a great place to find a pick for a bad movie night. On that note, the site’s film blog has compiled a list of the absolute worst horror features ever made. Coming in at 4th place on that guide is the 2016 horror thriller The Disappointments Room. The critically panned picture holds the dishonorable distinction of a perfect 0% ‘fresh’ rating.
If you’re programming a Mystery Science Theater 3000-style soiree, happen to be a glutton for punishment, or have a morbid sense of curiosity, we’ve got you covered. You can find this much-maligned offering streaming on both Pluto and Plex as of the publication of this post.
In spite of not connecting with critics, the picture has a pretty strong cast that includes the great Kate Beckinsale, Mel Raido, Duncan Joiner, Lucas Till, and Michaela Conlin.

The setup is as follows:
Dana (Beckinsale), her husband David, and their 5-year-old son Lucas start a new life after moving from the hustle and bustle of Brooklyn, N.Y., to a stately old manor in the quiet countryside. After settling in, Dana starts to experience terrifying visions and dreams that she cannot explain. The mystery grows when she stumbles upon a secret room in the attic. After finding the key and unlocking the door, Dana discovers the dark history of the family that lived there in the 19th century.
