Stormy and Intense Thriller Praised For “Very Unsettling Atmosphere” is Now Streaming

Streaming Thriller

The indie horror scene is thriving right now. Seriously, there’s so much remarkable stuff out there, it’s impossible to keep up with. Frogman recently released, and if you haven’t checked it out yet, you’ve got to. And speaking of found footage, I’m waiting with bated breath to finally (finally) check out Horror in the High Desert 3: Firewatch.

It was our review of First Time Caller that convinced me to check it out, and I’m really glad I did. One of my favorites this year was Indianna Bell and Josiah Allen’s directorial debut You’ll Never Find Me. Over the weekend, Mike Flanagan (creator of Midnight Mass) logged the film on Letterboxd.  So you should too.

Per Shudder: An isolated man living in a desolate caravan park is visited by a desperate young woman seeking shelter from a violent storm. As the savage storm worsens, these solitary souls begin to feel threatened – but who should really be afraid?

You’ll Never Find Me is currently streaming on Shudder, so get to it. While Mike Flanagan didn’t review the feature, his log is as good a reminder as any to check out this sensational debut before it gets buried under the stacked slate of releases to come later this year. In our review out of last year’s Tribeca Film Festival, Josh Korngut wrote, “You’ll Never Find Me is a challenging, torrential, and claustrophobic thriller that will reward dedicated horror fans with a taste for intimate storytelling.”

I can sympathize with how challenging it is to keep up with all the remarkable movies being released, so let this serve as your reminder to hop into Shudder and stream You’ll Never Find Me. It’s been a critical success and has gone over well with audiences. Beyond Mike Flanagan, users have been thrilled to find the horrors lurking within You’ll Never Find Me. Check out some choice reactions below:
