PlayStation Plus Announces April Titles

Starting April 6, PlayStation 4 and 5 owners gain access to several new PlayStation games via the PlayStation Plus program. This month features some horror and horror-adjacent games. Upcoming titles include Oddworld: Soulstorm (PS5), Days Gone (PS4), and Zombie Army 4: Dead War (PS4).

Oddworld: Soulstorm stars Abe just after 2014’s Oddworld: New ‘N’ Tasty. After casting off the shackles of his mega-corporation overlords, Abe became a hero nobody asked for. As a new beacon of hope, however, he struggles to save his Mudokon brethren no matter the cost. Abe recruits followers and can sneak around while solving puzzles or choose to engage in a bloody revolution to free his fellow Mudokons. Oddworld: Soulstorm is not currently available in South Korean regions, although a launch date is in discussion. This PlayStation Plus offer is also only available for the PlayStation 5 console.

Days Gone is one of several titles available starting next month.

Days Gone takes place in the wild Pacific Northwest. Take the role of bounty hunter Deacon St. John and cruise around on your reliable motorcycle. The road isn’t without its bumps, however. Freakers and other threats would love to tear Deacon to shreds. With its weather and day-night cycle, each day is a new surprise. Deacon can upgrade his weapons, learn new skills, and craft traps while seeing where the road takes him.

Zombie Army 4: Dead War is the last title to come to PlayStation Plus this month. From the makers of Sniper Elite 4 comes a 1-4 player campaign in war-torn 1940s Europe. Players will need to cooperate to save humanity from an undead apocalypse. Zombie Army 4: Dead War continues the Zombie Army Trilogy. Featuring expansive new levels, the survivors must navigate through Italy and the rest of Europe to prevent the end of the world as we know it! Online multiplayer play will require an active PlayStation Plus subscription and Internet connection.
