Gibbous – A Cthulhu Adventure Shows That The Great One Can Be Great Fun
We don’t see too many LucasArts style adventure games anymore. Monkey Island, Sam and Max, all kinds of great stories told through this rudimentary yet refined medium. To our surprise we saw Gibbous – A Cthulhu Adventure picking up where others left off last year, creating this truly impressive cartoonish horror game. Now it’s coming to the Switch.
Gibbous – A Cthulhu Adventure is a comedy horror game about a librarian and his cat. Set in not ominous sounding town of Darkham, the unsuspecting librarian finds the Necronomicon, and accidentally gives his poor cat into a human personality. With cultists are already on the hunt for the Mad Arab’s book, he teams up with a detective to figure out what in the Old God’s name is going on.
Gibbous – A Cthulhu Adventure will be arriving on the Switch on October 28th. But if you’re impatient, you can play it now on Steam by clicking here.
