Claymation Gets Ultraviolent In New DOOM Eternal Claycat Animation
Looks like everyone can get in on the whole “Rip and Tear” craze! Even adorable claymation cats. Hell, Animal Crossing‘s Isabelle has been getting in on the action in memes for months now (if you weren’t aware, the meme is based on the new Animal Crossing: New Horizons and DOOM Eternal sharing a release date). If you haven’t yet gotten your fill of cartoony violence, I highly recommend you check out the newest Claycat animation above. In Claycat’s Doom Eternal, we get to see the affable Claycat tap into his inner badass demon slayer.
The delightfully ultraviolent animation comes to us courtesy of Lee Hardcastle. Lee has made a name for himself over the years delivering a plethora of violent and disturbing claymation cartoons. You’ve probably seen his work on Adult Swim or one of his other promotional works. This Claycat episode is actually a sequel to his previous Claycat’s Doom, which is featured below.
If you want to see more of Lee Hardcastle’s work (and I highly suggest you do), you can find his YouTube channel by clicking here. DOOM Eternal will be available March 20th on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Stadia. You can pre-order it now by clicking here for the Steam store page.
