“Bloody and wickedly entertaining”: New Revenge Thriller Tops the Paramount+ Charts

This 2023 revenge-fest is finally streaming and people seem eager to hit play on this bloody title. At least it feels that way because The Wrath Of Becky just landed on the Paramount+ Charts (via the Showtime add-on).

“Two years after she escaped a violent attack on her family, Becky attempts to rebuild her life in the care of an older woman — a kindred spirit named Elena. But when a group known as the “Noble Men” break into their home, attack them, and take her beloved dog, Diego, Becky must return to her old ways to protect herself and her loved ones.”

The Wrath Of Becky was directed by Matt Angel and Suzanne Coote. It was written by Matt Angel. It is based on Characters by Nick Morris, Lane Skye, and Ruckus Skye. The movie stars Lulu Wilson, Seann William Scott, Denise Burse, Jill Larson, Michael Sirow, Dalla Villa, and Matt Angel.
Most fans are enjoying this violent and bloody sequel. Others are saying it is an improvement on the original movie.

Because the audience seems to be there, many people are wondering if there will be a third violent vehicle for Becky’s wrath. In his review, Dread Central’s own Drew Tinnin wrote: “The Wrath of Becky leans on Wilson’s star-making charisma and over-the-top kills to deliver a very worthwhile sequel that also feels like a rushed construction to bridge into a threequel.”
