Flight isn’t the only Denzel Washington thriller claiming a spot on Netflix charts this week. He’s also the lead in this biographical crime movie which is currently sitting at #7. Some of y’all might be doing double Denzel features because American Gangster has just entered the chat.

“Nobody used to notice Frank Lucas, the quiet driver to one of the inner city’s leading black crime bosses. American Gangster comes directed by Ridley Scott and was written by Steven Zaillian. The film is based on the book The Return of Superfly by Mark Jacobson. The movie stars Denzel Washington, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Josh Brolin, Ted Levine, Armand Assante, John Ortiz, John Hawkes, RZA, and Ruby Dee.
