The Director Eyes You Up

Halloween Horror Nights are less than a month away, and with a Universal Studios just down the road from me, you better bet I’m going. Personally, I’ve thought the last few have been rather lackluster (Orlando’s anyway), but for this year’s West Coast event at least, things should feel more focused, mainly due to a new personality: The Director. This guy fits the bill as far as creepiness and common sense, and since it is Universal Studios, who better to terrorize patrons of the park than a filmmaker?!?
The gears are really starting to turn now as more videos from the sociopath sneak onto the Web. The Director’s newest webisode can been seen right here. If that isn’t enough to make you want to go, then maybe you should check out his interview.
This year will see six new themed Horror Zones in Hollywood:
The Asylum
House of Horror
Chucky’s Insult Emporium
Carnival of Carnage
Gauntlet of Horror
Fear Factor Live: Dead Celebrity Edition
Now, aside from the entire park being turned into a series of haunted attractions, there will also be concert performances by The Mutaytor. The Director has a few more tricks up his bloody sleeves as well. Can you survive his casting call for Terror Tram: The Director’s Cut, Halloween Horror Nights’ marquee attraction?
Halloween Horror Nights will run Oct. 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, 28, and 31 at Universal Studios Hollywood and Orlando.
