5 Unmissable New Horror Movie Trailers

some like it rare trailers

October is in full swing and this week we’ve been blessed with a slew of incredible trailer releases featuring campy cannibals, terrifying stalkers, and Eva Green. With some many to enjoy, we’ve put together a round-up of our favorite trailers from this week! Check them out below.

Some Like It Rare

This is only the first trailer for a cannibal film on this list, which is personally very exciting. In Some Like It Rare, Butchers Vincent and Sophie’s business is going under and their relationship is on the rocks. But their lives are changed forever when Vincent accidentally kills a vegan activist vandalizing their store. To get rid of the corpse, he butchers the body and Sophie accidentally sells the meat. Never has their product been more successful with their customers to the extent that they just might be tempted to kill again…

Fabrice Eboué co-wrote, directed, and stars in the film.

Some Like It Rare comes to VOD on October 14, 2022.

Run Sweetheart Run

Now for a trailer that’s a little darker. Initially apprehensive when her boss insists she meet with one of his most important clients, single mom Cherie (Ella Balinska) is relieved and excited when she meets charismatic Ethan (Pilou Asbæk). The influential businessman defies expectations and sweeps Cherie off her feet. But at the end of the night, when the two are alone together, he reveals his true, violent nature. Battered and terrified, she flees for her life, beginning a relentless game of cat-and-mouse with a bloodthirsty assailant hell-bent on her utter destruction. In this edge-of-your-seat dark thriller, Cherie finds herself in the crosshairs of a conspiracy stranger and more evil than she could have ever imagined.

Run Sweetheart Run comes exclusively to Prime Video on October 28, 2022.

Blood Relatives

Vampires? Yes, please! In Noah Segan’s new film, Francis, a 115-year-old Yiddish vampire, still looks 35. He’s been roaming American backroads in his beat-up muscle car for decades, keeping to himself, and liking it that way. One day, a teenage kid, Jane, shows up. She says she’s his daughter, and she’s got the fangs to prove it. They go on the road, deciding whether to sink their teeth into family life.

Blood Relatives comes to Shudder on November 22, 2022.

Feed Me

Time for more cannibal trailers, but this time much nastier. Following the death of his wife a broken man spirals into an abyss of night tremors and depression and finds himself in the home of a deranged cannibal who convinces him to take his own life in the most horrific way imaginable.

Feed Me comes to digital and VOD on October 27, 2022.

Nocebo

I’ll admit it: I have a crush on Eva Green. So I’m particularly excited to see her next film fall in the genre space. In Nocebo, a fashion designer (Eva Green) suffers from a mysterious illness that confounds her doctors and frustrates her husband (Mark Strong) – until help arrives in the form of a Filipino nanny (Chai Fonacier) who uses traditional folk healing to reveal a horrifying truth.

Nocebo comes to theaters on November 4, 2022, and to digital and VOD on November 22, 2022.
