‘Resurrection’ Teaser Trailer: New Psychological Horror Stars Rebecca Hall Trying To Outrun Her Horrific Past [Watch]

Resurrection

Andrew Seman’s film Resurrection premiered earlier this year at Sundance and it is a stunning and divisive look at surviving abuse. It pulls no punches, especially with its ending, and is shocking, to say the least. After all the buzz out of Sundance, it’s now coming to Shudder this summer. And we now have a teaser trailer!

Margaret (Rebecca Hall) leads a successful and orderly life. She perfectly balances the demands of her busy career and single parenthood with her fiercely independent daughter Abbie. Everything is under control. But that careful balance is upended when an unwelcome shadow from her past, David (Tim Roth) returns. He carries with him the horrors of Margaret’s past. Battling her rising fear, Margaret must confront the monster she’s evaded for two decades who has come to conclude their unfinished business.
