‘The Passenger’ Trailer Is A Nasty Ride Into Monstrous Mayhem [Exclusive Video]

You’re never supposed to pick up strangers, especially at night on a lonely dark road. Urban legends and true stories alike speak of serial killers and ghosts that haunt the highways. In Raúl Cerezo (feature film debut) and Fernando González Gómez’s (Zombie World 2) film The Passenger (original title: La Pasajera), they take that cautionary tale to the extreme as a group of strangers undergo a horrific and bloody assault. The film had its World Premiere at the 2021 Sitges Film Festival in which it was nominated for the Audience Award.

A group of strangers sharing a ride has their trip interrupted when the driver hits a woman hiking at night. They decide to help her, but quickly learn that something is wrong and that they shouldn’t have let her in at all.
