The Rite Director Picked to Explore Tunnels

What if right now, right under your feet, there was a different world happening that no one had any idea ever existed? That’s the premise of the book by authors Roderick Gordon and Brian Williams, and The Rite director Mikael Håfström is interested enough to do a little spelunking.
The Wrap is reporting that Håfström will direct a film version of Tunnels, a fantasy adventure book series, for Relativity Media. Tunnels follows two teenage boys who discover a secret civilization beneath the streets of London. All this subterranean wonder has a downside, however. They also find evil forces who threaten to destroy the world above.
Authors Roderick Gordon and Brian Williams have completed five sequels. The sixth and final book in the series, Terminal, is scheduled to be published in the U.S. this fall.
