New ‘Halloween Kills’ Track by John Carpenter is a “Requiem for Michael Myers”
2018’s Halloween saw John Carpenter return to the franchise he launched in 1978 for the first time since 1982’s Halloween III: Season of the Witch. No longer behind the camera, Carpenter participated as a producer and soundtrack composer.
Carpenter and his musical collaborators, Cody Carpenter and Daniel Davies, have also created the soundtrack for David Gordon Green’s upcoming sequel Halloween Kills. Look for it on the same day the film gets released, October 15th, via Sacred Bones.

Carpenter and company have already shared the tracks “Rampage” and “Unkillable“. Today, they released another track from the Halloween Kills soundtrack, an eerie tune described as a requiem for Michael Myers called “Michael’s Legend”! Synopsis:
An injured Laurie Strode leads a vigilante mob to hunt down unstoppable killer Michael Myers and end his reign of terror once and for all.
