DUNE Preview Event Coming to IMAX Later This Month!

If you’re itching to see the new Dune film, you’re not alone. And we have some news that may make the anticipation a little easier to bear. Denis Villeneuve’s sci-fi epic will screen exclusive footage along with the trailer in IMAX locations across the US and Canada.
The event will take place July 21 and 22 and it is completely free to attend. But keep in mind that registering does not guarantee you admittance. You will still need to arrive in advance and wait in line for a seat.

Dune was initially slated for release November of 2020 but was pushed back in response to the COVID pandemic. The flick is now scheduled to debut in theaters on October 22 and 45-days later on HBO Max.
The upcoming film will chronicle the first half of the story, with Villeneuve planning to complete the narrative in a sequel (if the first installment meets financial expectations).
