Season two of the reimagined Nickelodeon series Are You Afraid of the Dark is coming to DVD August 10, 2021. The sophomore season, known as Are You Afraid of the Dark? Curse of the Shadows introduces a brand new cast and a brand new mystery. The series’ second season is made up of six, one-hour-long episodes.

This time around, The Midnight Society will go up against a villain known as The Shadowman. The new members of The Midnight Society are Luke (Bryce Gheisar of Wonder), Jai (Arjun Athalye) Hanna (Beatrice Kitsos of Child’s Play 2019), Gabby (Malia Baker of The Baby-Sitters Club), Seth (Dominic Mariche of The Christmas Yule Blog), and Connor (Parker Queenan of Party of Five).
Synopsis:
A new setting and a new Midnight Society bring fresh scares when the group’s leader suddenly vanishes, prompting the remaining members to search for clues, confront dark forces, and ultimately uncover the truth behind their seaside town’s terrifying curse.
