It almost seems fitting for me after being laid up in a medical coma for a week to have my first story back be about a film that’s been in a coma since 2007. That’s right, kids! At this year’s AFM word has come pertaining to the long talked about flick 3:30 A.M.
According to Variety, Mick Davis will direct indie horror thriller 3:30 A.M. with shooting set for Romania in February.
Slater Brothers Entertainment’s Todd Slater and Eden Vale’s Eric Woods are producing. The duo made the deal at AFM. Davis, who penned 2007’s The Invisible and exec-produced the TV series “Eleventh Hour,” will helm from his own script.
Producers are in negotiations with Matt Dallas (“Kyle XY”) and Briana Evigan (Mother’s Day) to co-star in the film.
Davis called the tale a gripping ride and said, 3:30 A.M. combines the eerie science of the autonomic nervous system with the real horror of one girl’s terrifying journey. More as it comes.
