Saw II, Saw III, and Saw IV director Darren Lynn Bousman’s Spiral: From the Book of Saw with Chris Rock and Samuel L. Jackson will arrive in theaters earlier than previously announced (on May 14th). And today we have the new trailer!

Synopsis: “Working in the shadow of an esteemed police veteran (Samuel L. Jackson), brash detective Ezekiel “Zeke” Banks (Chris Rock) and his rookie partner William Schenk (Max Minghella) take charge of a grisly investigation into murders that are eerily reminiscent of the city’s gruesome past. Unwittingly trapped in a deepening mystery, Zeke finds himself at the center of the killer’s morbid game.”
Darren Lynn Bousman directs from a screenplay written by Josh Stolberg and Peter Goldfinger from a story by Chris Rock based on the original film written by James Wan and Leigh Whannell.
The new film is once again produced by Oren Koules and Mark Burg. Josh Stolberg and Peter Goldfinger penned the script. Charlie Clouser will provide the score.
Spiral: From the Book of Saw hits May 14, 2021.
