MVD’s Rewind Collection will release director Howard Avedis’ Mortuary on Blu-ray on July 6th. It comes with a mini-poster and the first pressing sports a retro slipcase.

Howard Avedis (They’re Playing with Fire) directs the slasher (also known as Embalmed) from a screenplay co-written with Marlene Schmidt (The Specialist).
MVD’s Rewind Collection releases Mortuary on Blu-ray on July 6th.
Mary McDonough stars along with David Wallace, Bill Paxton (Aliens, Near Dark), and also Lynda Day George. Michael Berryman (The Hills Have Eyes, The Devil’s Rejects) only appears in the film’s trailer. It was co-star Christopher George’s (El Dorado) final film. Edward L. Montoro produced with Marlene Schmidt.
