Cinelounge, in partnership with Jewel & The Falcon and Seraph Films, will soon be releasing their first title, The Caterpillar, as part of their producing arm, Cinelounge Presents! The Caterpillar is set for release later this year, commencing its festival run in mid-2021.

Synopsis:
Armelle takes a trip to an unusual cinema. It has no discernable markings on the outside and long narrow hallways on the inside. The box office clerk speaks in riddles and is very keen to sell her popcorn. The movie playing in the theater becomes a mysteriously sinister puzzle that, alarmingly, she suddenly finds herself inside of. Armelle needs to crack the code of this strange film to escape an endless eternity.
The Caterpillar marks the directorial debut of Camilla Jackson (former Fangoria & Blumhouse journalist—now Cinelounge Creative director). Regular readers of Dread Central may remember her from the premiere episode of Chronic Horror!
The Caterpillar stars Lou Temple (The Walking Dead), Blake Sheldon (Reprisal), and introduces Amira Dahan. It is written by Craig Jackson and Camilla Jackson, Cinematography by Andria Chamberlin, (The Nightmare Gallery) and the production design was helmed by Holly Lander (Ghosts of the Ozarks, 12 Hour Shift).
