“Bedlam” returns to BBC America for a second season beginning October 6th (9/8c) as part of the network’s Supernatural Saturdays. Tune in as the restless spirits of Bedlam Heights wreak their terrible revenge on unsuspecting new inhabitants.
Synopsis:
“Bedlam” is a ghostly series set around Bedlam Heights—a hip, newly renovated apartment building. Those who live there think they have the best address in the world, but little do they know their new home has a harrowing past.
The conversion of Bedlam Heights from a former insane asylum has awakened the ghosts of its dark and violent past. These spirits wish to reclaim what’s theirs and seek revenge on those who have wronged them.
A few months ago Ellie started having visions of the dead re-enacting their violent, shocking deaths on the living. Through the hospital where she works, Ellie also knows that a former patient, Jed, was treated for exactly the same thing, and if only she could track him down, she’s sure he must know a way to make it stop. As the residents continue to be terrorized by the asylum’s dark past, they soon realize whatever is waiting for them in the depths of Bedlam Heights is worse than anything they could have ever imagined.
