ANTLERS Gets New October Release Date

Producer Guillermo del Toro and director Scott Cooper’s Antlers with Keri Russell and Jesse Plemons is coming soon-ish. Today we hear the supernatural horror hits theaters on October 29th. It’s unknown if it will also hit on VOD that day.

But stay tuned for updates.

Antlers centers on a small-town teacher and her sheriff brother who become entwined with a young student in her school who is harboring a dangerous secret with frightening consequences. The MPAA slapped the flick with an R-rating for “violence including gruesome images and for language.”

I read Antosca’s short story the film’s based on (and you can too HERE). I can’t wait to see it brought to the screen – especially with this kind of talent. Bring it on!
