Dig you dig Downrange? Did you wish it was set in the snow? Well, today you’re in luck as we have the trailer Netflix and Alain Darborg’s sniper thriller Red Dot.

Set in the Swedish mountains, the film follows Nanna Blondell and Anastasios Soulis as David and Nadja, a couple in their late twenties, who’ve been struggling with their marriage. When Nadja becomes pregnant they make an attempt to rekindle their relationship and decide to travel to the magnificent expanses in the north of Sweden for a ski hike. But after what started as a quarrel with two local hunters, their romantic trip slowly turns into a nightmare. Soon, a red laser dot appears in their tent and they are quickly forced to flee into the cold, unforgiving wilderness. Totally isolated in the mountains, they are now being pursued by reckless shooters. Meanwhile, during this sadistic hunt, the couple’s past also comes back to haunt them.
Alain Darborg (The Master Plan) directs from a screenplay he wrote with Per Dickson. Tomas Bergström co-stars with Kalled Mustonen, Johannes Bah Kuhnke, Thomas Hanzon and Anna Azcárate. Anna Odenhall and Niklas Larsson produced.
Red Dot comes to Netflix February 11, 2021.
Meanwhile, Ryuhei Kitamura’s horror-thriller Downrange centered on six college students carpooling cross-country. When one of their tires blows out on a desolate stretch of road, they quickly discover that this was no accident. Mercilessly attacked by an unseen assailant, the group desperately attempt to escape.
Ryuhei Kitamura (The Midnight Meat Train) directed The film from a screenplay written by Joey O’Bryan, with a story by O’Bryan and Kitamura. Newcomer Kelly Connaire stars with Stephanie Pearson, Rod Hernandez-Farella, Anthony Kirlew, Alexa Yeames, and Jason Tobias. Kitamura produced with Ko Mori.
