“Grimm” returns to NBC on Monday, August 13th, with a jump start on the fall season, and we have an early look at a clip from the first episode, entitled “Bad Teeth”, which contains a few spoilers if you’re not totally caught up on what transpired in the Season 1 finale. So proceed with caution!
The clip features Nick, his mom (guest star Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio), Monroe, and Rosalee (the fabulous Bree Turner) all meeting up for the first time. Needless to say, in true “Grimm” fashion, it’s rather awkward – but we can’t wait to see more!
Inspired by Grimms’ fairy tales, “Grimm” follows Portland homicide Detective Nick Burkhardt, played by David Giuntoli, as he battles supernatural forces. Bitsie Tulloch portrays his fiancée, Juliette Silverton, with Russell Hornsby as his partner, Hank Griffin, and Silas Weir Mitchell as his confidant, Monroe. Reggie Lee and Sasha Roiz co-star. It is produced by Universal Television with Hazy Mills Prods. and GK Prods. Sean Hayes, Todd Milliner, David Greenwalt, Jim Kouf, Naren Shankar, and Norberto Barba are executive producers.
