X: Ti West’s New Horror Movie Snags Killer Cast
From The House of the Devil and The Innkeepers to In A Valley Of Violence and The Sacrament writer-director Ti West is one of our favorite filmmakers at Dread.
And so we’re excited to pass along news that his next horror thriller X has been announced – and better yet – the killer cast which will include Mia Goth (A Cure For Wellness, Suspiria), Scott Mescudi (We Are Who We Are, Bill & Ted Face The Music), and Jenna Ortega (The Babysitter: Killer Queen, Scream 5).
Plot details are being kept under wraps but we do know that West will write and direct and that production is expected to start at the beginning of 2021 after West finishes working on Amazon’s series Them: Covenant with Alison Pill (AHS: Cult).
The new film is produced by Jacob Jaffke, Kevin Turen, Sam Levinson, and Ashley Levinson. Mescudi will exec produce. A24 and BRON Studios will co-finance.
