Jerry Dandridge & Evil Ed Will Return in Tom Holland’s FRIGHT NIGHT 2: RESURRECTION

Fright Night and Child’s Play director Tom Holland is working on Fright Night 2: Resurrection and says the film will bring back Jerry Dandridge, Evil Ed, and more.

Holland tells Syfy Wire: “I’m still trying, I’m writing a sequel to Fright Night now….I’m calling it Fright Night 2: Resurrection. Well, it’s the only way to protect myself: If you wanna see something done right, do it yourself. Of course, Charlie’s back, and so is Evil Ed. I’m bringing back everybody I can. I’m calling it Resurrection because we’ve got to resurrect Billy Cole and Jerry Dandridge. And now I’ll say no more.”

Hell, yeah!

The first film followed a teenage horror-film junkie who becomes convinced his reclusive new neighbor (Chris Sarandon) is a vampire. Nobody believes him but after strange events begin to occur, he has no choice but to turn to the only person who could possibly help: washed-up TV vampire killer (Roddy McDowall).

The cult classic horror-comedy sports a 92% approval rating over on Rotten Tomatoes with a Critics Consensus that reads: Fright Night deftly combines thrills and humor in this ghostly tale about a man living next to a vampire.
