Arrow Video will release Donnie Darko writer-director Richard Kelly’s sci-fi comedy-thriller Southland Tales with Dwayne Johnson on Blu-ray on January 26th. The two-disc set includes both the theatrical version and the extended Cannes cut.

Written and directed by Richard Kelly (Donnie Darko), the film co-stars Seann William Scott, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Nora Dunn, Christopher Lambert, John Larroquette, Bai Ling, Jon Lovitz, Mandy Moore, and Justin Timberlake.
It takes place in an alternate Los Angeles in 2008 as the city stands on the brink of social, economic, and environmental chaos. It follows the fates of an eclectic set of characters – including an amnesia-stricken action star, an adult film star developing her own reality TV project, and a police officer whose identity has split in two – intertwine with each other and with the whole of humanity.
