Some random home video updates have come in for you cats looking for a long overdue high definition fix. Two horror favorites along with the fifth Halloween film are on their way to Blu-ray, and we’ve got the early word right here.
First up, Paramount has announced Stephen King’s Pet Sematary will make its Blu-ray debut on October 2nd, just in time for Hallween, and speaking of which …
According to HalloweenMovies.com Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers and Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers will be making their Blu-ray debut sometime this year. “New special features. New commentaries. New HD transfers. HALLOWEEN 4 and 5 as you have never experienced them before!”
Official specs and artwork are pending for each of the three releases. When we get them, you’ll get them! Can’t wait to see how shitty the Myers mask from Part 5 looks in 1080p. Seriously, who looked at that thing and said, “Yeah! Nailed it!” Sigh.
