Zendaya Teases Incredible Trailer for Denis Villeneuve’s DUNE

Denis Villeneuve’s Dune will star Zendaya as Timothée Chalamet’s love interest Chani. And today, she revealed she’s seen the incredible trailer.
She tells InStyle: “Dune was incredible. I wasn’t in it very much, so when I was watching the trailer, I was like, “Oh my gosh!” I called Timothée [Chalamet] and said, “Dude! You should be proud.” It is a big deal to even be a small part of something with such a massive cast. And I love sci-fi stuff too. It’s fun to escape into another world.”
The trailer will hopefully arrive soon. Stay tuned.
Villeneuve directs this new version from a screenplay he co-wrote with Eric Roth and Jon Spaihts, based on the novel by Frank Herbert.
Chalamet and Zendaya’s co-stars include Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, Stellan Skarsgård, Javier Bardem, Charlotte Rampling, Dave Bautista, David Dastmalchian, Jason Momoa, Stephen Henderson, and Josh Brolin.
The film hits in theaters on December 18th.
