V FOR VENDETTA Finally Coming to 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray

Ninja Assassin director James McTeigue and The Wachowskis adaptation of Alan Moore’s graphic novel V for Vendetta with Natalie Portman and Hugo Weaving is finally coming to 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray.
Here’s a quick glimpse.
This hasn’t been officially announced, so there’s no word on special features or a release date. But come on, it has to hit on November 5th.

Sporting a screenplay by Lana Wachowski and Lilly Wachowski (The Matrix), the film tells of a vigilante known only as V (Hugo Weaving) uses terrorist tactics to fight a fascist government in London following world war. When V saves a young woman (Natalie Portman) from the secret police, he discovers an ally in his fight against England’s oppressors.
Rated R for strong violence and some language, the film sports a 73% approval rating over on Rotten Tomatoes with a Critics Consensus that reads: Visually stunning and thought-provoking, V For Vendetta’s political pronouncements may rile some, but its story and impressive set pieces will nevertheless entertain.
